Nic Wood - Executive Chef - Santini Bar and Grill Perth

Having spent most of his life in WA, Nic Wood brings his passion for local seasonal produce to QT Perth as Executive Chef.

Working closely with Creative Food Director Robert Marchetti in previous roles, the two share a mutual appreciation for the paddock to plate philosophy, and have formed a great union delivering an expansive menu for Santini Bar & Grill, featuring a Mediterranean flair menu that celebrates ‘food of the sun’.

Inspired by the many regions of Italy and the Mediterranean, Santini Grill features wood fired cooking, the best local seasonal produce and Nic’s favourite ingredient, restraint.
