One night only, we’re going full seafood soirée, Santini style. Start at the bar with Jerry Fraser, the King of Oysters, shucking briny beauties, while Sunny di Ocampo (aka The Slicer) turns the day’s catch into silky crudo before your eyes.
Then it’s into the dining room for a four-course feast with paired wines, a few mid-course surprises, and a dolci finale worth lingering for.
