Winter menu has landed, and this one’s made for passing around.

Our annual @leeuwinestate x @truffle.hill wine dinner returns this July, bringing together five courses of truffle-laced decadence and pours from one of Margaret River’s most celebrated cellars. Think WA’s finest truffles shaved, folded and melted into the night, with every glass chosen to make the flavours sing a little louder. Thursday 30th July, 6pm. Rise and dine. Santini breakfast is open to everyone, no room key required.

From pan to plate. Our Rigatoni arrives dressed in basil and cavolo nero pesto, brightened with lemon, crowned with stracciatella and a dusting of pangrattato. Lunch is served. Open Thursday and Friday from 12pm.
