Executive Chef Andrew Barkham and his team are behind sensational savoury treats such as pancetta and mushroom tartlets, smoked salmon charcoal brioche buns, prosciutto bruschetta and cucumber sandwiches. When it comes to sweet, you’ll want to save room for delicacies such as whipped ricotta and pistachio cannoli, scones, tiramisu and our lavish QT lemon meringue tarts, all topped off with a glass of Prosecco!
