Land meets sea for one very special night at Santini.

To celebrate the West Australian Good Food Guide’s 10th anniversary, Santini is gathering some of WA’s finest for an exclusive Readers Dinner celebrating the produce of our coast, country and everything delicious in between.

Santini’s Jake Lynch and Nic Wood welcome Pearla owner and Executive Chef Scott Bridger into the kitchen, bringing three distinct culinary minds together over five courses made for the occasion.

First, we aperitivo. The evening begins in Santini Bar with canapés and Leeuwin Coast Albany Rock Oysters, freshly shucked by the one and only Jerry Fraser. Then onto Santini Grill and around the table for a menu that travels from Exmouth Wild Prawns to 12 hour braised Dardanup Valley Spring Lamb, all grounded in bold Italian flavours and the best of Western Australian produce.

And because no table is complete without a very well filled glass, Santini Beverage Director and WAGFG Wine Awards panel judge Sofia Giros has selected the wines to accompany the evening. The evening will finish with whisky from LARK and chocolates from Sue Lewis Chocolatier.
