Inspired by a timeless Italian Christmas, delve into a feasting menu that feature flavours of the Mediterranean. Free range porchetta with orange and oregano, roasted turkey with herbs and gravy plus O’Connor prime sirloin with jus, as well our QT black forest trifle.
